The space and its equipment is available for rent by independent or ‘freelance’ models, photographers in need of a photography studio and lighting equipment. If you're the shooter, select "I'm The Shooter" *includes Up to 2 outfit changes of each subject SPECz included for Use *if item listed is not present and needed, just ask.* =j (x1) Reflector Kit: Gold, Silver, White, Black and Translucent Gold: warm up the picture. Cancellation with refund is available up to 48 hours before sesh. **Same day and Next day bookings, cancellations and reschedules are non refundable.** Theres a bit of effort to setup and make images and footage as crisp as possible for you. Cancellation Policy

Participants agree to be 18 years of age or older to book and use the studio. To cancel or reschedule, please do so within 48 hours of session for full refund. Deposits made for Sessions booked within the same day, or for the next day are non-refundable. Please allow time to make changes, or only schedule when certain-or when you can afford to lose or donate the deposit. Thank You
